New Setup around 700$, 4.1ghz

So i dumped my old water-cooling setup i got at a garage sale because it wasn't taking my phenom2X4 past 3.6ghz. i got a h60 instead, and my phenom2X2 is now happily unlocked at a quadcore and 4.1ghz
